Super super expensive. Nothing cheap about this place. Took two kids there and cost me $85 for a few hours of fun. Mega expensive. Food is C- at best. People are C- at best. It is unique in game offerings or I would never go back. Over 3/5 but closer to 2.5/5

I gave it 5 stars because it's a great place for kids and family and for the price you can't beat it. There is a huge food and game selection, buy the pit pass its worth it. This is a kids paradise, CHUCK E CHEESE has nothing on playtime pizza... WHAT ELSE IS THESE TO DO IN ARKANSAS?

Great place to bring groups. I have brought group of kids twice and each time we have gotten a really good group package. Plenty of attractions to keep the kids busy. However, it can be pricey depending on how many games your kids want to play. There is a variety of food on the buffet but the food itself is just ok. The service was the best part of the experience as they did everything the could to make sure we were taken care of.

Food was okay but the playing was lots of fun! We got the groupon for 2 hours unlimited for $20. Definitely the way to go! It was the best thing for us. We were able to arrive at 6:15 then eat and play until close since the time doesn't start until you swipe the card! Lots of fun!

Went back for pizza and was pleasantly surprised. Nothing super special, but interesting options and nice kind of thin crust pizza. I will eat almost a full pizza and be full and happy.

This place is really fun for the kiddos. Great selection of things to do depending on which package you pay for. The food isn't that great but I'm sure the young ones won't notice.

Turned out better than the reviews indicated. Pizza was okay, but could use some more toppings. A slice should have more than two pepperoni's.

Reading the reviews below... people could be harsh. Entry is around $8. The pizza is okay depends on when you go. The upside to the place: Laser tag! Bumper cars! Mini golf! Go karts! Arcade games! Down side to it all? It's sill expensive. An hour of play time = $100+ During one visit my friend and I needed to find an employee to operate each of the activities listed above (omitting the arcade)

This place is awesome...blows away Chuck E Cheese...you can spend the whole day there and still not get to play everything. It's like going to the fair but alot cheaper. The buffet is huge...pizza is ok but am being told they are in the process of upgrading their pizza....my son was absolutely exhausted at the end of the day...and he rarely gets tired....can't wait to go back

Severely understaffed. Most stations had no employee present, leading to extended wait times. We had a 2-hr unlimited card, and spent probably half of that time waiting for staff to check us in and waiting for games. Very disappointed that, after spending over $50, many of the games were broken. Completely unacceptable, esp considering what you pay. Standard cheap buffet fare - not bad, not good. After numerous visits in past 3 yrs, must say that this place is going downhill faster than a penguin on an iceberg. Great time for Chuck E Cheese to remodel......

You have entered... the Twilight Zone. Hah! Not if you go to Playtime Pizza. Then, you're entering... *dunt, dun dun* the ghetto. This place is disgusting. Everything about this place is gross. The people there... ugh. The food was okay. But... the people. Ugh. I can't overstate this. If you'd like to mix in with future felons, this is probably the place for you. If not, stay away. And, the other review says $8 to get in? Well, maybe. But, to eat and play for an hour is $50/person. The fact that there is bowling, golf, and laser tag is not impressive. When we went, the golf place was not operational, but there was not a sign, leaving us to stand there waiting for nearly 20 minutes until I asked the staff. The bowling was fun, except for having to deal with the delinquents. My advice? Pass, pass, pass.

OK, so kids love this place, but it's a parents' nightmare. Also, the management gave us a hard time with a groupon we had that had expired. Groupon's site says that the promotional value expires, but the amount paid never expires. They would not allow us to use the amount paid toward general admission of our friends. It would have to be toward the family pack that we had originally bought the groupon for. Kids running around unattended - its easy to lose your kids because they could disappear into the dark mini-golf area, lazer tag area, etc. etc. Also, the food is marginal. If your kids are on a special diet - gluten free or other restricted diet, forget it. They have a rule against bringing in outside food, so if your kid has dietary issues, no dice. This is a pricey place to take your kids - geared to make your kids want to play more and spend more and more. And if you buy the 2-hour pass, please know in advance that many games can't be played without extra outlay of cash. Also, be aware that if you go during a busy time there may be a long wait time to get to ride the go-karts or other premium rides. And if it's a slow time there may not be enough other kids to play laser tag so you waste more time waiting for enough players.

Do you have a fear of being buried alive? Do you have a fear of rodents coming out from the sewers and scurrying across your feet? How about nightmares of reliving middle school? Well, welcome to Playtime Pizza. It's like Chuck E. Cheese but with a laser tag area, glow in the dark putt putt golf, bumper cars, etc. I know this place is geared toward kids, but *some* of the kids are a bunch of unruly rugrats who run amok without any parent supervision. This isn't a daycare center, so I don't understand why people don't watch their kids. It's worse than Chuck E. Cheese. Kids were running everywhere to the point that I felt like the walls were closing in. I went when the place first opened, so I don't know if the crowd has died down, and I don't care to step foot in there again to find out. Everyone who enters is required to pay for the buffet. The food is reminiscent of elementary and middle school cafeteria food albeit much messier, since instead of little old lunch ladies scooping the slop, the kids serve themselves. Sure, the workers try to clean up the mess, but that's only after the fact. The idea of booger-digging hands touching the food is more than enough to make me lose my appetite. This place gets 2 star instead of 1 because it offers bumper cars and mini-golf. OH! Remember when Chuck E. Cheese used to serve beer? Why did they take that away!?!?!?! I'm sure parents love their kids and all, but to survive prolonged exposure to a whole bunch of other people's kids, a nice cold drink is needed.
